Cancellation policies: The down payment is:

100% refundable 1 month prior to the event

50% refundable 2 weeks prior to the event.

RESERVE THE BANQUET TABLES
This option allows your group to have a beautiful gathering at a fraction of the cost.

This reservation guarantees your party:
-
The two high top tables in the back near the banquet tables.
-
The banquet tables that can be used for gifts and/or food
-
The ability to decorate those 2 high tops and the back banquet tables. Decorations must not extend beyond that section.
​
The Bighorn stays open to the public during these parties which means that the remainder of the seats are first come first serve. Your party is welcome to sit in any and all of the other seats in The Bighorn, as are our other guests.
​
Banquet Table Reservations must occur during normal Bighorn business hours.
Because The Bighorn does not have to close for your event, we only require a down payment equivalent to the $100 food and drink minimum that will be 100% credited toward your final bill, plus a $50 cleaning fee.
​
This option is limited to parties of 35 people or less.

HOST A COMPLETELY PRIVATE EVENT
Enjoy your special day with your favorite people. The Bighorn closes their doors to the public and helps you create the charm and intimacy of your perfect private gathering.

A completely private event.

The ability to decorate as you wish.

The full use of the inside and back patio of The Bighorn.

The use of the back banquet tables for food and/or gifts

Customized beverage menu options

The ability to bring in your own live music either inside or outside.

Private Event packages vary in cost depending on the day and time:

The Bighorn is closed to the public.

$100 booking fee (3 hour window) + $400 food and beverage minimum

$100 for each additional hour

Tuesday - Wednesday

The Bighorn is open from 1pm - 7pm.

Book a private event after 7pm.

$100 booking fee (3 hour window) + $400 food and beverage minimum.

$100 for each additional hour

Thursday

The Bighorn is open from 1pm - 9pm.

Book a private event after 6pm and The Bighorn will close early for the evening.

$100 booking fee (3 hour window) + $800 food and beverage minimum

The Bighorn is open from 11am - 9pm

Book a private event from 11am - 2pm and we will stay closed to the public for the morning. To do so requires a $100 booking fee (3 hour window) + $500 food and beverage minimum.

Book a private event after 6pm and The Bighorn will close early for the evening. To do so required a $100 booking fee (3 hour window) + $1500 food and beverage minimum

RESERVE THE BACK PATIO

Have you seen our new back patio and winegarden? We've extended the intimacy of The Bighorn to our outside space and it is a dream. It offers mountain views, cozy vibes, fresh air, the ability to bring in live music, and your own private bar.

This reservation guarantees your party:

A completely private back patio party. This includes 3 large picnic tables and 3 round tables.

The ability to decorate as you wish.

Customized beverage menu options

The ability to add-on a private back patio bartender for $100 for a 3 hour window.

The ability to bring in your own live music.

The Bighorn will be open to the public, but guests will not have the ability to enter the back patio area. ​Back Patio Reservation packages vary in cost depending on the day and time:

The Bighorn has partnered with two local businesses and packaged the perfect Corporate/Team retreat that will help you achieve your goals without breaking the bank. Our packages include:

Break The Bighorn into teams at The Bighorn and enjoy a fun and productive outing where teams match the wine/beer being featured to the tasting notes.

HOST A PINT NIGHT FUNDRAISER
​

Without our local community, there would be no local businesses. We want to support those doing good in the world, while also giving back to those who support us.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to give to every person who walks in our front door with a donation request (we probably receive 10 requests a week) but we'd love to work together to raise funds for your non-profit, while also supporting The Bighorn so we can keep our doors open as well!
Let's Host a Pint Night!!!
At our Pint Nights, 10% of food and beverage proceeds are donated back to the host organization. And you have the freedom to turn it into an even larger event! ​ The non-profits who have had the most success at Bighorn Pint Nights, are those who turn the evening into an even larger fundraising event - auctions, bake sales, raffles and more have all been hosted here and have been wildly successful! We'd like to chat about your ideas and be the destination for your next fundraiser.

How Does it Work?

Host an event on a Thursday between 4-7pm. (Need to chat about other options? Let's chat). The second Thursday of every month is unavailable, but we'd love to look at other dates with you.

On the day of the event, representation from the organization is required. We will set up a table for you at the entrance. Organizations are expected to engage with customers.

Mutual event promotion is required. We expect the designated organization to market the event to encourage attendance from their supporters. The more people who attend, the more money raised!
-
The Bighorn will donate 10% of sales during a designated timeframe to the organization.
-
Money raised from the fundraising event will vary depending on event date/time and, most of all, how much engagement and excitement the organization (you!) generates for the event.

This opportunity is only available to a not-for-profit organization with a 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 tax ID number.
