The Banquet Tables
This option is for groups of 20 or less and enables guests to enjoy a beautiful semi-private setting within The Bighorn at a fraction of the cost of a private venue rental. These reservations must occur during normal Bighorn business hours.

A semi-private event space in the back of The Bighorn.

The seating area against the Bighorn back wall will be converted to a banquet table, which may be used for food, gifts, desserts, or event displays.

Reserved seating includes two high-top tables with 4 bar stools each, and four lounge chairs.

The Bighorn is open to the public during these parties, therefore the remainder of the seats are first come first serve. Your party is welcome to sit in the other seats, as are our other guests.

The Cellar Room
The Cellar Room was designed to be a blank canvas, that can adapt to your event! It includes 1,600 sqft of flexible space that is connected to The Bighorn through a door in the back of the building. It is perfect for weddings and showers, business events, community gatherings, celebrations, dance classes, and more!

Reservation Guidelines
A signed rental agreement, and non-refundable reservation deposit are required to secure your event date. The rental agreement provides complete details on the policies and information summarized below. No Outside Beverages
To comply with Montana liquor laws, all beverages served during your event must be purchased exclusively through The Bighorn.
Please note that The Bighorn and The Cellar Room are not licensed to serve hard liquor (distilled spirits).
Our team will work with you to create a customized beverage menu that complements your celebration, guest preferences, and budget.
Food for Your Event
The Bighorn provides small plates for Bighorn events and/or Banquet Table events. Ask and we will happily send you our food menu.
The Bighorn does not provide food for events held in The Cellar Room.
All outside food must legally be prepared and provided by a licensed commercial caterer, restaurant, food truck, bakery, or other approved food business.
Decorations
You're welcome to decorate to fit your event. Please do not attach anything to the brick walls, ceilings, windows, or wood surfaces that could cause damage.
No confetti or sprinkles allowed.
All decorations and personal items must be removed before your rental ends, and the space should be left as it was found.
Cleaning Deposit
A refundable cleaning deposit is collected with every reservation. If the venue is returned in the same clean condition in which it was received, the cleaning deposit will be refunded in full. If additional cleaning is required, all or part of the cleaning deposit may be retained based on the amount of work necessary.
Those cleaning specifics are outlined in the rental agreement.
Gratuity
To ensure exceptional service for your event, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your final beverage invoice.
This gratuity is shared among the Bighorn staff who prepare, serve, and support your event.
Reservation Deposits
A non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your event date. We intentionally keep this deposit as low as possible while ensuring your reservation is protected and your date is removed from our booking calendar.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while allowing us to manage our event calendar.

More than 30 days before your event: Reservation deposit is 100% refundable.

14–30 days before your event: Reservation deposit is 50% refundable.

Less than 14 days before your event: Reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Liability Insurance
If hosting an event in The Cellar Room or renting The Bighorn + Cellar Room + Patio, the renter is required to obtain one-day event liability insurance with a minimum coverage limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence for the duration of the event.
The Bighorn must be listed as an Additional Insured on the policy. This coverage is typically inexpensive and can be obtained quickly through Pintler Insurance in Anaconda, or another licensed insurance provider.
