On Wednesday, March 6, WINES by V hosted a Fine Wine and Cheese Tasting For a Cause. What is that cause? The Smelter City Recreation Complex.
While WINES by V may be known for providing access to excellent wine and fun events to those locally, we are also committed to caring for the community. We intend to do that by donating to various organizations that serve ground-level needs in our home state.
For this kick-off event, WINES by V proudly partnered with the Smelter City Recreation Complex (SCRC) to host an event that would generate additional income to support their efforts.
The Fine Wine & Cheese Tasting attracted 65 guests and 100% of the proceeds were donated to the non-profit organization. At the conclusion of the event, a check for $720 was written to SCRC whose mission is to construct and operate a multi-faceted recreation complex in Anaconda, Montana that will promote health and well-being through year-round social, recreational, and educational opportunities for people of all ages.
